HP Deskjet 5940 Inkjet Printer
The HP Deskjet 5940 functions very much like it's brother, the HP Deskjet 5440. The most noticeable differences are that it features a metal cover that makes it much more appealing to the eye and it is around $20 more expensive. For that extra $20, you get better speed and productivity.
Using the HP Deskjet 5940 is fairly easy. It allows you to easily power down the printer and even allows you to cancel print jobs using a button contained on the printer. It prints with better than average speed for most documents and prints 5 by 7 photos on glossy paper very quickly (around 45 seconds).
This printer is great for both home and home office use and will print most every document with clarity and sharp detail. It is well equipped for general printing and prints quickly and with high quality.
